Medical Air Product has designed “semi-automatic change over unit (Semi-automatic control panel) used to control the supply of oxygen in medical sector. The control panel are saved for low voltage operation and supported with Loud audio visual voice facility. The Panel Should be heavy duty in construction with the flow rate 1800 – 2200 LPM.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION.

·         High pressure (0-250 kg) electrical contact gauge indicate left & right bank pressure . Which is in 100 mm diameter.

·        Finest quality IOX-14 reglator is installed with inlet pressure of 150 kg and outlet pressure of 10 bar &  maximum flowrate of 2200 lpm.

·        100 mm diameter High Quality calibrated low pressure SS gauge.              (0-10 kg) is used to indicate outlet pressure set at 4.25 bar .

·        Janatic Regulator is used for outlet. Working pressure range  is set at 4.25 bar. It has max pressure range upto 0-10bar.

·        High quality Janatic Non- Return valve (0.4-10bar ) is Installed to provide uninterrupted long lasting service and avoid back flow.

·        Janatic  Calibrated gauge is used which has the pressure range upto        (0-10bar )

·        The warning voice system which is connected with the electrical contact gauge will be active when the pressure falls to 25kg/cm.
